I sent a request for the Fixed Welcome bonus but have not received it. More 24 hours passed.


It is necessary to contact Bonus Charging Department for clarification of this situation.

1. Probably, we have not received your request due to conditions over which we have no control.

2. Make sure that scan copy of your ID was readable and of high quality. Otherwise – repeat the request for bonus with new scan of your ID attached.

3. Another reason is your Welcome bonus request rejection by Bonus Charging Department according to the item 9 of the Agreement on the Fixed Welcome Bonus receipt.

I got the Fixed Welcome Bonus, and then it was cancelled. What is the reason?


The reasons for cancellation of the Welcome bonus can be:

1. According to the item 8 of the Agreement of the Fixed Welcome bonus receipt, if the deposit was withdrawn right after the Fixed Welcome Bonus was received, the company reserves the right to cancel the Fixed Welcome Bonus for this trading account.

2. According to the item 7 of the Agreement of the Fixed Welcome bonus receipt, the company may cancel the Fixed Welcome Bonus in case of revealing unscrupulous usage of the bonus surcharge system.

3. According to the item 9 of the Agreement of the Fixed Welcome bonus receipt, the company has a right to decline client's request for bonus without explaining the reason.


However, according to the item 10 of the Agreement “Client has a right to question company's decision within 10 days by e-mail: bonuses@mail.instaforex.com”.

Trading accounts, opened after 3/01/2010, are allowed to participate in the campaign. The floating bonus amount for trading accounts, opened during the period 15.10.2009 - 31.12.2009, is 25%.

What are the rules of Bonus withdrawal?


The 30% Bonus can be withdrawn only after BUY or SELL deals are completed. The total volume of the deals must be equal to X*3 InstaForex lots, where X=the total volume of received bonuses (the total volume of all bonuses including cancelled or partly lost bonuses).

For accounts in RUR the volume of deals is calculated according to the following formula X*3/30 (InstaForex lots). As to accounts opened in EUR, the formula is as follows: X*3*1,4 (InstaForex lots). Only the full amount of bonus can be withdrawn, partial withdrawal is impossible. Any profit made over the bonus amount can be withdrawn without any restrictions.


Example:

Client has deposited 1000 dollars. After filling in the application for Bonus 300 dollars were deposited to the account in the form of Bonus. In order to have an opportunity to withdraw the Bonus, it is necessary for Client to make deals with the total volume of 300*3=900 InstaForex lots.

Why after withdrawal of assets the part of Bonus was cancelled?


1. If after obtaining the Bonus 30% there was no profit at the account, but at that part of the assets was withdrawn, then the part of Bonus proportional to the withdrawal amount, would be cancelled. Example 1. There was a deposit in amount of 1000 USD. The Bonus equal to 300 USD was received. 500 USD were withdrawn (50% of the deposit). At that the part of Bonus is also cancelled in amount of 150 USD (50% of Bonus).

2. If after obtaining of Bonus 30% there was received profit to the account, but at that the sum exceeding this profit is withdrawn, than the part of Bonus, proportional the sum of excess would be cancelled. Example

3. There was a deposit in amount of 1000USD. The Bonus equal 300 USD was received. 400 USD were withdrawn (300 USD profit + 10% of deposit). At that 30 USD of Bonus would be also cancelled.

Why the Bonus was cancelled?

The company can cancel the 30% Bonus at any time at company’s own discretion without explaining the reason.

This point is directed to prevent fraudulent usage of the bonus system, but its use does not mean that all accounts, for which the company cancelled the bonuses received earlier, are declared as violated any rule, because in some cases it is impossible to determine the fact of the rule’s violation clearly. Probability of the erroneous cancellation of the bonus within the struggle against fraudulent usage of the bonus system does not exceed 10%.

Why the Bonus was reduced?

In case bonus value is over 2000 USD and more than 10% of deals are made with less than 0.01 market lot (0.1 InstaForex lot, i.e. 1 point is approximately equal to 0.10 USD), the bonus can be reduced to 1000 USD. In case bonus value is over 10000 USD and more than 10% of deals are made with less than 0.1 market lot (1 InstaForex lot, i.e. about 1 USD for point), the bonus can be reduced to 3000 USD.

No, you can not. However, our company provides clients with possibility to open unlimited number of account opened for one name. At that it is allowed to receive Fixed Bonus only for one account. The Welcome Bonus (30%) can be received to each account after every depositing without any limitations.

Point 8 of the Agreement on the 30% Bonus receipt was applied to your account


Point 8: “The Company reserves the right to cancel bonus without prior warning, so we strongly recommend not to use bonus funds in calculation of profit in your trading strategy. The Company is not responsible for any consequences of bonus’s cancellation, including Stop Out, because bonus is the ownership of the Company until trader works it out by opening deals of total volume specified in the point 5 of the present Offer Agreement”.

This point was applied according to the Offer Agreement which you accepted. We want you to pay attention to the fact that if you do not agree, just close the window and do proceed.

The Bonus system was created as incentive for active clients, it is not supposed to be used as the basis of trading or the only condition of account to be “alive”. This is meant in the point 8.

At present, only 2% of accounts, which got bonuses, face problem of bonus’s cancellation. It is connected with the company’s policy which is directed on preventing traders from unfair usage of bonus funds. The fact of bonus’s cancellation does NOT mean your account broke some rules, however automatic detection system discovered some multi-valued features and cancelled bonus.

We apologize if this circumstance causes troubles for you but we can only state that we are not able to change the algorithm of detection system functioning or influence the result of it. Nevertheless, you may send a request on revision of the system’s operation result to the Bonus Charging Department. There are no guarantees of the positive answer, because Bonus Charging Department is not able to influence the system’s functioning, however, you may claim the system’s error and Bonus Charging Department will check the system on detection of errors at the moment of bonus’s cancellation.
