Telur Ceplok Bumbu Tomat Telur_12

Telur Ceplok Bumbu Tomat
Bosan dengan telor biasa, bikin variasi biar makan lebih semangat...
Bahan:

* 6 butir telur
* minyak untuk menggoreng dan menumis
* 1 sdm kecap manis
* 1 sdm saus tomat
* gula secukupnya
* garam secukupnya

Bumbu halus:

* 6 butir bawang merah
* 2 siung bawang putih
* 1 buah tomat

Cara membuat:

1. Ceplok telur, sisihkan.
2. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum.
3. Masukkan kecap manis, saus tomat, gula, garam. Aduk rata.
4. Tambahkan telur ceplok, aduk sebentar. Angkat.

Untuk 6 porsi
